Thanks to you (and Miggy!) for letting us peek into your life and learn a bit about your family. Having a special needs boy myself (now 23!), I so appreciate hearing from other moms with special needs kids and learning about their own experiences.
I just ran across your blog today and wanted to say that your special needs spotlight is awesome. As the middle sister of two siblings with special needs, I find such strength in the experiences of these amazing families! Life does not have to be perfect to be wonderful! Thanks again.

I have a friend who was born with Spina Bifida and she is now 32, married and living independently. She's in a wheel chair- but she was just like any of us growing up from kindergarden to 12th grade. I think walking or not, Jacob will do great with parents like you!
