Best Weekend Story

The Lampstress is quite the talker.  She is a little gabber with so much to say.  These days she’s learned a new little trick which sounds a little like gurgling.  Well, I guess it is gurgling and she does it all the time.  So the Mr. took Lampy to Home Depot on Saturday while I had a mommy/daughter date with big sister.  While he was there a couple Home Depot workers came up to check out Lamp and ohhh and ahhh over how cute she is.  She turned on the sparkle as usual and was chatting up a storm while doing her little gurgle.  Such a crowd pleaser that one.  As a joke B pointed out her little gurgle technique and said, Yeah she’s trying to learn spanish, so she’s practicing rolling her R’s.  A few minutes passed when the younger and perhaps more naive of the two Home Depot workers turned to B and said, 

Is she really learning spanish?
