Before I even thought of the art-a-thon I had started this painting below. It was also done in mind with my forgiveness theme and so I finished it this past week and thought I would post it. I happen to like it better than the other forgiveness painting {I don’t love it, but I like it} and it fits my style a lot better. Anyway, just thought I’d post it. See the other paintings here for comparisons sake.
Second, I haven’t talked about/worked on/even thought about my tents in a while but I wanted to get some feedback…. I reworked Beanie’s tent so that it hangs by one {1!} hook. It is supported on the inside with thin pvc pipes {which are mostly covered by fabric}. Would you be more likely to buy a tent if it was hung by a single hook rather than being suspended from 5 different hooks? Thoughts? {Be aware that the pipes were cut a little big for Beanie’s tent and they push out a little further than future tents will}.
new tent–1 hook
old tent–5 hooks
I'd buy the one hook over the 5 hook. Less damage to the walls and less work to hang it seems. (Though probably more work to fabricate on your end)
Love your painting! The mix of organic and geometric shapes are very pleasing to my eye. As for the tent, I'd take the one hook over the 5 hook. Of course, with how cute your tents are, I'd take ANY of them, given the chance!
Nice painting! About the tent, I would say I'm a one hook gal as well.
totally would buy the one hook one…by the way…it is super cute!
Definitely one hook for me. Great painting.
Your painting is very pretty. I'm glad that you figured out the one hook thing. I also vote for the one hook.
YES! One hook please! LOVE IT. Also, I'll be emailing soon with my art-a-thon completeness. So proud of myself!
