There is a lot of stuff I’ve been wanting to blog about lately but I just don’t have time for all these separate posts…. so all together here we go!
First up–final Denver pic. This is for the Grandma’s. Beanie had a good time seeing G.G. and her Great Grandma. I think this is a cute picture of the 3 of them.
Also for the Grandma’s… here’s a shot of Beanie in my mom’s old coat. My grandma saved this coat and gave it to me last year. They just don’t make them like they used to. I would show a detail pic but this was the only shot we could get before…
Next up…first Reagan blobbed about it, then Design Mom and well, I haven’t stopped watching or listening since… sigh I really miss NYC.
Finally, the Garden. We planted some stuff when we first got to town, but between limited planting space, random plant fungi, and woodland creatures eating our bounty we haven’t had much to show for it. So hooray! for the carrots. I’m so glad Beanie knows that this is where they come from–in the dirt, covered in mud with long green stems.
{We also managed to grow a pumpkin. I know… we’re SO rad.}
Welp. I think that about covered it. Have a great weekend!
yay! i love the gardening. jeal. piper has that mustard colored top too, and it's the best. thanks for the shout-out, i'm still on cloud nine over that night. beanie's hair got so long! i still can't believe what an exact little girl version of her dad she is. that little jacket is the BEST!
that about covers it.
Beanie is growing up! She looks like such a big girl. I love her hair. PK still remembers her when I'm on your blog.
OK…Love Beanie's shirt. Love the pink coat (seriously, why don't they make things like they used to? Without it costing hundreds?). And I love the Jay-Z song and would REALLY love it if I had lived there. I could feel your aching for NYC while I watched it. But you have a beautiful house…tough competition. Hope you're doing OK – Love you!
