We’ve been having a great time so far on vacay.  I’ve seen family and friends, the local sights and I’ve eaten my way through town.  Not bad I say.  As mentioned earlier I don’t have a special needs spotlight for today,  however I thought I’d share a link that’s sure to open your eyes, not to mention your tear ducts.  It’s a beautiful and uplifting blog which (much like my own blog) isn’t dedicated entirely to their special needs daughter, but certainly does discuss her and their experience quite a bit.  There’s a good chance you’re already familiar with Kelly Hampton—writer and photographer extraordinaire–but if not get the Kleenex out and read the beautiful birth story of her daughter Nella Cordelia here.  She’ll break and mend your heart in one fell swoop.
