Art-a-Thon: 3

This Art-a-Thon wasn’t as smooth and as flow-y as past art-a-thon’s have been.  I didn’t prepare mentally as well for this one and I struggled through it.  Part of the issue is that 2 of these paintings are from a previous project that I started and never finished (any of my friends who I emailed and asked to send me pictures–I’m talking about that now defunct project.  Mo, the first painting is from your picture).  The last 3 paintings continued on my State’s theme from last time, however all these paintings are from Nebraska.  Sometime I’m going to have to tell you all about Nebraska.  I love that place.  Also I usually focus on just landscapes, but 3 of these paintings also have other objects–a kite, a house–our house, and monkey bars.  A bit of a departure for me.  Or maybe a transition.  We’ll see.  Enjoy.
