We don’t find out the gender for a few more days, but I could help but buy these adorable vintage shoes from Kelly McCaleb’s shop just in case…I knew they’d be gone in a heartbeat if I didn’t snatch them up. Am I crazy? {My husband is not allowed to answer.}
You are the opposite of crazy. Those are darling. You have good etsy-dar.
I'm trying to decorate my office and I have one room done that I love (Charlie Harper and this http://www.whatisblik.com/shop/the-great-animal-hunt) but for the other two rooms I'm having a hard time. Any cool shops that you like? I'm working on an ocean room right now…
Do you have any gut feelings one way or the other? I can't wait to find out what you're having!
I don't think it's ever a bad idea to snag really amazing baby stuff- if anything it can make a great gift down the road for someone special.
Yea! Looking forward to the news…
I did the same thing with a pair of size 1 black mary janes when I was pregs w/ #2. And then I had a boy…of course. But w/ your luck you'll get to use those cuties. 🙂
she had a lot of good stuff in her shop — how much did you pay? maybe I don't ask….
Alissa–
Thanks. I read Kelly's blog, which is how I knew about her shop and that she was posting vintage baby stuff…seriously, stuff flew on the 'shelves.'
One of my bff's house was featured on Design Sponge and she has a rather beachy house–She lives in San Diego. Here's the link to check out some inspiration: http://www.designspongeonline.com/2009/12/sneak-peek-heather-balliet-of-amorology.html
I'd have to think of cool shops…I'll get back to you.
Erin–I've gone back and forth… for most of the time I've thought boy, but lately I've thought girl. With Pen we were pretty sure it was a girl, so this time we really don't know.
Skt–OK, so these mary janes reminded me of Bunny's red mary janes from when she was a baby. So cute. But if not this time, maybe the next right?
Likely–I don't care! I paid 14 something, plus shipping…so around 19 altogether. Yeah she had some way cute stuff.
